针对反激变换器的变压器漏感中的储能损失以及开关管存在较大的开关损耗和电压尖峰等问题,提出基于新型ZCS-PWM辅助电路的反激变换器。详细分析了工作原理和稳态特性,给出参数设计的原则,并通过一台150 W5、0 kHz的原理样机实验验证了该零电流开关技术的可行性。实验结果表明,该变换器在整个负载范围内实现了所有开关管的零电流开关和所有二极管的零电压开关,最高效率超过83%;消除了主开关管和辅助开关管的电压尖峰;与传统的硬开关反激变换器相比,主开关管具有相同的电流应力。
In the traditional hard-switching flyback converter,the energy storaged in the transformer leakage inductance is lost.Furthermore,switching losses and voltage spikes of switch are very large.To solve these problems,a flyback converter based on ZCS-PWM auxiliary circuit was proposed.There were principles of operation,steady-state characteristic analysis and guidelines of parameter design.The experiment results from the 150 W protype operating at 50 kHz show that the proposed converter achieves zero-current-switching(ZCS) of all switches and zero-voltage-switching(ZVS) of all diodes at entire load range and the highest efficiency is more than 83% and eliminates the voltage peak,and that the main switch has the same current stress compared with the conventional flyback converter.
