Abstract: The energy spectra of the Woods- Saxon potential with centrifuge term in D dimensions are obtainedwithin the proper quantization rule approach for any states. Seting momentum integral ∫xxBAK(x)dx-∫xx B A(x)dx=nπand Pekeris approximate, we obtain the anyl-state exact solutions of the Woods-Saxon potential in arbitrary dimensions. Finally, the complete spectra of interdimensional degeneracies are discussed briefly.
