针对软岩巷道大变形、长时间持续流变的特性,采用弹粘塑性力学模型分析了其变形特点和影响因素,并根据实验结果提出了控制围岩变形的技术途径。经实践证明,相同支护强度下采用高水速凝材料加固后,围岩变形速度和变形量都大为降低,围岩的承载能力得到提高,从而达到控制围岩稳定的目的。
In view of the characteristic of large deformation and sustaining rheology for long time in the soft rock roadway, used elastic- visco-plasticity mechanical model to analyze its deformation characteristic and influence factor, and according to laboratory result to propose the technical way of control the deformation of surrounding rock. The findings indicated that, the main reason of large deformation in soft rock roadway is the rheology yield in the surrounding rock after stable stress in plastic area. It is inverse relation between the rock viscosity coefficient and roadway peripheral moves, thus the main way to control rheology is to enhance the viscosity coefficient of surrounding rock. The practice proved that, after using hydrous rapid-curing material to consolidate under the same support intensity, the deformation speed and quantity of surrounding rock had all greatly reduced, the bearing capacity enhanced, thus achieves the goal of controlling surrounding rock stable.
