FASTAMP - NX is the new generation of sheet metal forming analysis system, which is completely based on UGS NX environment. The finite element model can be directly transformed from CAD model in "naught distortion" without any parameterized modeling feature loss to achieve the real CAD/CAE seamless integration. The solver is based on BT shell element and updated dynamic explicit FE method and is much faster than most commercial solvers. The system can be applied to potential defects prediction and process verification as the powerful assistance analytical tool in the uniform NX environment. The efficiency of design and analysis is greatly improved to make die design "one - day- cycle" possible.
