本文用分光光度法,以淀粉为显色剂测定海带中碘的含量。使用控制变量法对最大吸收波长(λmax)、最佳pH值、显色剂用量、显色的时间以及温度等条件进行了试验。试验的结果为:碘-淀粉反应体系的最大吸收波长是600nm,在I-的含量为0-2.0mg/25mL的时候呈良好的线性关系,其直线回归方程式:A=0.316 9X+0.001 7,相关系数是:R=0.999 6。
The method of UV visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of Iodine from kelp,and the starch was used as a chromogenic reagent in this paper. The experimental conditions such as variables maximum absorption wavelength、pH、the dose chromogenic reagent、measuring time and temperature and so on were studied by controlling variable method. The result of experiment is that the maximum absorption wavelength of Iodine- starch reaction system is 600 nm,and it showed a good linear relationship when the content of Iodine is between 0 - 2. 0mg /25 mL. The linear equation is A = 0. 3169 X + 0. 0017,and the correlation coefficient is 0. 9996.
