珍宝丸通过浓硝酸和高氯酸的混合消化处理后,加入盐酸羟胺将其中的铁(Ⅲ)还原成铁(Ⅱ),在pH为5的条件下,用联吡啶分光光度法测定铁含量,校准曲线回归方程为:y=0.163x-0.0014(R=0.9999)。该方法的加标回收率在98.4%~101.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.29%,珍宝丸中铁含量为1225.70μg.g-1,用该方法测蒙药珍宝丸中铁含量具有操作简单、重现性好的特点。
Zhenbaowan,one of Mongolian drugs,was digested with concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid.Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by hydroxylammonium chloride at pH 5.0,and the iron content was 1225.70μg.g-1 determined by the spectrophotometric method.The regression equation of calibration curve is y= 0.163x-0.0014,and its correlation coefficient R =0.9999.The results using internal standard method showed that the recovery of iron was high.(98.4%-101.6%).The proposed method was simple and successfully applied to the determination of trace iron in Zhen baowan.
