电容层析成像(ECT)是一项极具应用前景的过程成像测量技术,该技术具有非侵入、响应快、系统简单等诸多优点。本文成功地将ECT应用于小尺度多孔介质燃烧室中着火、熄火、不稳定燃烧等过程的参数分布检测,检测结果为微燃烧研究提供了重要的依据,同时验证了小尺度燃烧空间中填加多孔介质能显著提高燃烧效率及燃烧稳定性的特点。本文对火焰的介电特性进行了探讨,提出了火焰复等效介电系数模型,给出了火焰复等效介电系数与燃烧场宏观物理量之间定性关系,填补了ECT对火焰感应机理未知的空白。
Electrical capacitance tornography (ECT) is one of the promising process tomography (PT) technology, which has the advantage of being non-intrusive, fast in response, easy to implement and so on. In this paper, ECT is successfully applied in the visualizations of different combustion phenomena in small-scale porous burner, including ignition, quench and unstable combustion. The experimental results will provide important evidences for micro combustion research, and have verified the high efficiency and combustion stability while porous media is located into the small combustor. At the same time, the permittivity characteristics of flame has been studied. A theoretical model has been established to qualitatively analyze the relationship between the permittivity characteristics of flame and combustion gas properties, which is helpful to understand the mechanisms leading to the ECT flame images.
