针对高新技术企业高投入、高收益、高风险的特点，对其安全问题进行研究具有重要的意义。本文应用WSR理论和方法对影响高新技术企业的安全因素进行了详细分析，构建了高新技术企业安全评估指标体系。在评估指标、评估方法、评估流程的设计和选择中引入了柔性的思想，提出了可选取式的指标体系、可组合式的评估方法。并以电子信息企业的安全评估为例对以上研究进行了说明。

Aiming at the characters of high ＆ new technology company operation, the paper pointed out that research on the security operation of them has important theory value and realistic meaning. Using the system engineering methodology - - Wuli, Shili and Renli, the paper analyzed the security factors of high ＆ new technology companies, and construc- ted the evaluate index system of it. Introducing the flexible idea in the designing of evaluation index system and the choosing of the evaluate methods, the optional evaluate index system and the organizable evaluation method of high ＆ new technology companies were proposed.
