随着城市交通系统的快速发展,开发地下空间成了必经之路,下穿越技术的应用也越来越多。针对下穿越技术最大的难点之一,即如何控制穿越施工对上覆土体的扰动影响,对管棚支护技术的设计应用作了研究。在长大管棚的支护作用下,可以有效防止对周围土体的扰动影响,快速、安全地完成箱涵顶进施工。文中对管棚中钢管间距进行多角度的分析研究,并对管棚承载、卸载作用进行归纳分析,提出了相应的设计方法。
With the rapid development of municipal transport system, surface transportation is far insufficient for construction, So it has become important to explore the underground space and to research crossing construction technology, The greatest difficulty lies in how to control the disturbing effect during the construction. Under the supporting of the pipe roof, the box structure jacking method can prevent the surrounding soil disturbance, thus can achieve a rapid and safe construction. The objective of this paper is to research the spacing of the pipe from various points of view, meanwhile summarize the carrying and unloading theory, and develop a design criterion.
