以三氧化二铕和正硅酸乙酯为原材料,利用溶胶-凝胶法、高温机械力化学法合成了 SiO2:Eu3+粉 体.用 X 射线衍射( XRD)、扫描电镜( SEM)表征了材料的结构和形貌,采用激发光谱、发射光谱对荧光 粉体的发光性能进行了测量.结果说明:溶胶-凝胶法、高温机械力化学法合成样品的发光性能随着热处理 温度的增加先增强后减弱,分别在900℃:和600℃:达到最好,粉体平均粒度分别为2 μm与 1μm . 与溶胶- 凝胶法比较,高温机械力化学法的制备温度降低了 300 ℃.且利用高温机械力化学法制备的样品的发光性能 要好于溶胶-凝胶法制备的样品.
Used tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and europium oxide as raw materials, SiO2: Eu3+ phosphors were prepared by applying sol - gel method and high - temperature mechano - chemical method. Microstructures and surface morphologies of the phosphors were studied by X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM). The luminescent properties were explored through excitation spectra and emission spectra. The results showed that luminescent properties of the samples prepared by both the methods increase first and then decrease with rise of the heat treatment temperature. The samples give an optimal luminescent property at 900 ℃ and 600 ℃, respectively and their average particle sizes are 50 jjim and 10 ?20 jjim,respectively. The synthesis temperature o f the high - temperature mechano - chemical method is 300℃ being lower compared with the sol - gel method. The luminescent properties of the samples prepared by the high - temperature mechan - ochemical method are better than those prepared by the sol - gel method.
