钛及钛合金线材轧制工艺研究

针对旋转锻造、二辊轧机和老式三辊轧机生产钛及钛合金线材成本高、精度低、组织性能差的现状。分析了Y型轧机的结构,Y型轧机在轧件的受力状态、孔型系统和轧机刚度等方面具有良好的特性,既能提高轧制精度,保证组织性能,又能实现高速轧制。采用15架Y形连轧机轧制钛及钛合金线材。论述了加热温度、轧制速度、热轧加工率、连轧张力对钛及钛合金线材组织性能的影响,对于钛及钛合金,当轧制温度低于相变温度时,得到等轴组织,性能较好;轧制速度、热轧加工率、连轧张力的确定既要考虑连轧要求,又要确保产品的组织性能和尺寸精度。通过试验研究,优选得出钛及钛合金线材的最佳工艺参数分别为:纯钛加热温度880℃,轧制速度500 r.min-1;TC4合金加热温度950℃,轧制速度600 r.min-1;TC16合金加热温度800℃,轧制速度600 r.min-1;保温时间均为5 min;道次加工率70%左右;各道次间连轧张力〈1.0%;采用空冷的轧后处理。结果表明:采用该工艺轧制的钛及钛合金线材试件在尺寸精度、表面质量和组织性能方面均达到国家标准。

The titanium and titanium alloy wire were produced by rotary forging,two-roll mill as well as old fashioned three-roll mill had high cost,low precision and poor organizational performance.The structure of Y-shaped rolling mill was analyzed.Y-type rolling mill had good properties for stress state,pass system and rolling mill stiffness.It could improve rolling accuracy,ensure organizational performance,and realize high-speed rolling.And the rolling of titanium and titanium alloy wire by 15 Y-shaped rolling mills was put forward.The effects of temperature,rolling speed,rolling processing rate and rolling tension on the mechanical properties of titanium and titanium alloy wire were studied.When the rolling temperature was below phase transition temperature,titanium and titanium alloy organization were equiaxed structure and its performance was good.When rolling speed,rolling processing rate and rolling tension were determined,the continuous rolling requirements should be considered,and organization performance and dimensional accuracy of the product should be ensured.Based on analysis and discussion of rolling techniques,the best rolling technical parameter of titanium and titanium alloy wire were identified through pilot study(Ti: heating temperature of 880 ℃,rolling speed of 500 r·min-1;TC4: heating temperature of 950 ℃,rolling speed of 600 r·min-1;TC16: heating temperature of 800 ℃,rolling speed of 600 r·min-1;Holding time of 5 min;Pass reduction of 70% or so;Tension between each pass rolling1.0%;Air cooling after rolling).The results showed that the titanium and titanium alloy wire were produced by this technique met with National Standards on the dimensional accuracy,surface quality and organizational performance.
