Many components in Nvzhenzi （Fructus Ligustri Lucidi） has good effects of anti-cancer, anti-aging and regulating im- munity, and this also promises a good application prospect in the fingerprint formulation and effective part identification. Current- ly, the research on the chemical components and pharmacnlogical action of Nvzhenzi （ Fructus Ligustri Lucidi） is limited. In order to better develop the resources, further chemical, pharmacological and clinical siudies on Nvzhenzi （ Fructus Ligustri Lucidi） are necessary.
