目的:体外研究生脉及参麦注射液对人血清补体系统的影响并探讨激活人血清补体系统引起的类过敏反应与血型的相关性。方法:采用体外补体激活评价模型,研究生脉及参麦注射液对人血清补体系统的影响,将生脉及参麦注射液与人不同血型血清共同孵育30 min,采用酶联免疫吸附剂检测此注射液对人血清补体末端产物SC5b-9含量的影响。结果:生脉与参麦注射液均能够升高人血清中的SC5b-9含量,与PBS组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且不同血型血清引起SC5b-9含量变化的趋势相同。结论:本方法可用于评价中药注射液血清补体激活类过敏反应研究。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Shengmai and Shenmai injections on human serum complement system and explore the relationship between pseudo-allergy caused by activation of human serum complement system and blood types. Methods: The human serum complement system model was used to evaluate the effect of Shengmai and Shenmai injections. The mixture of human serum and Shengmai injection and Shenmai injection were incubated for 30 min,and then the SC5b-9 level was determined by ELISA. Results: Compared with PBS,Shengmai Injection and Shenmai Injection can significantly increase SC5b-9 level( P〈0. 01),meanwhile the tendency of the SC5b-9 level caused by different blood types was similar. Conclusion: Shengmai Injection and Shenmai Injection can induce anaphylactoid reaction through the activation of human serum complement system,but the effect on human serum complement system was not related to the blood types.
