Patent retrieval websites can provide patent services to the public, based on the literature review, this paper introduces nine websites such as Zhihuiya, Baitengnet, Ipexl, Priorsmart, SIPO, CNIPR： Soopat, Patentics and DII, conducts an in-depth comparative study on their retrieval function, retrieval results and analysis function, and summarizes their features. The finding can provide to help the patent users and the public to choose the appropriate patent retrieval websites.
