在阐述中国工程机械产业技术创新发展现状的基础上，对产业技术创新能力的现有研究进行了综述。构建了工程机械企业技术创新能力评价的指标体系，利用主成分分析模型，对中国工程机械企业的技术创新能力进行了评价，进而提出企业提高创新能力的策略性建议。
英文摘要：
This paper starts with the elaboration of the development status of technical innovation of China＇s construction machinery industry and then reviews the existing studies of the industrial technology innovation ability, constructs an evaluation index system for the technological capability of engineering machinery enterprises. It also, by using principal component analysis model, evaluates the technological capability of Chinese construction machinery enterprises, followed by strategic recommendations for enterprises to improve their capability.
