针对目前往复压缩机气阀故障诊断中存在的问题,提出了采用能量算子对其振动信号进行包络分析,并且指出了能量算子解调方法从运算速度和包络精度上都优于常用的Hilbert变换包络方法。最后将其用于往复压缩机气阀的故障诊断,把包络信号的歪度值和峭度值作为特征指标用于气阀故障判断,取得了满意的效果。
We use energy operators to do envelope analysis of the vibration signal of the gas valve of a reciprocating compressor. We point out that the energy operator demodulation method is superior to the common Hilbert transform envelope method in terms of calculation speed and envelope precision. We apply energy operators to the fault diagnosis of the gas valve of a reciprocating compressor and use the skewness value and kurtosis value of envelope signal as its feature indicators. The results thus achieved are satisfactory.
