文章依据科学计量学原理,运用国际可视化研究技术,通过文献共被引、关键词共现分析方法对20世纪70年代、80年代、90年代和21世纪初的人力资源管理研究热点演进历程进行了阶段性计量可视分析,深入探讨了各阶段人力资源管理研究的主要热点,并对人力资源管理研究热点的未来趋势进行了展望。
Based on the basic principles of Scientometrics, we use visualization software to make visual econometric analysis on research focus evolution of human resource management from the timing perspective of the 1970s, 1980s,1990s and the early 21st century periodically by document co-cited analysis and key words co-occurrence analysis; The major hot spots of the various stages in human resource management research are discussed deeply and the prospect of future trends of human resources management research hotspot is predicted.
