为了使原状锂云母渣能够在混凝土中成功应用,展开了原状锂云母渣加工成掺合料的制备工艺探索试验,制备方法包括高低温干燥和球磨机粉磨,进行加工的主要目的在于降低锂云母渣的含水率以及降低锂云母渣颗粒细度;同时,为了提高试验效率,及时发现效果显著的制备工艺,每进行一次制备加工之后紧接着进行细度测试和锂云母渣混凝土强度试验。根据试验结果,确定了一种最优锂云母渣制备工艺如下:将原状锂云母渣在105℃干燥箱中干燥24h以去除游离水分,再以300℃温度烘干2h以去除结合水,接着在水泥球磨机内粉磨2h,以此制备工艺制备的锂云母渣掺合料测得其45nm筛余为5.1%,并且掺入混凝土时对混凝土抗压强度作用显著,其作用效应要优于粉煤灰,并且早期强度高于普通混凝土,后期强度亦与普通混凝土相当。
The exploring experiments was launched to find a processing technology of undisturbed lepidolite slag,processing methods include high and low temperature drying and ball mill grinding, the main purpose of processing is to reduce the moisture content and parti- cle fineness of lepidolite slag.At the same time, in order to improve the efficiency of test and found remarkable processing technology time- ly, following every processing would take fineness tests and lepidolite slag concrete strength tests.According to the results, determining an optimal processing technology of lepidolite slag as follows, the lepidolite slag was dried for 24 hours in the drying oven in a temperature of 105 *C to remove free water, then dried for 2 hours in a temperature of 300 *C to remove the bound water, and then grinded for 2 hours in cement ball mill, after this processing technology, measured obtaining 45 Ixm screen residue was 5.1%, and have a significant effect to con- crete compressive strength, the role of the effect is better than fly ash, and early strength is higher than ordinary concrete, the latter strength is considerably with ordinary concrete.
