Cyber information disclosure makes challenges and confusion nowadays. With Foucault＇s critical idea of Panopticism to survey social network, it helps us to retrace the information disclosure, and then seeks to circumvent measures. In the perspective of cyberpower, it reveals the inequality of different subjects in the cyber society. That can cause hierarchical information monitoring mechanism, from the perspective of ＂monitoring-monitored＂ to explore the root of network information disclosure. Its stems are mainly from ＂open-visual ＂disclosure and ＂recessive＂ disclosure, which contains hidden leaks ＂hidden＂ disclosure and ＂stealth＂ disclosure. The discovery will help us find a way from a strategic design and strategy to cope with avoid network information disclosure.
