针对制造过程中异构信息采集中可配置性差的问题,从接口、链路驱动和数据三个层次对车间信息单元进行集成,提出一种基于可配置链路驱动的车间信息单元集成方法的框架结构。通过基于链路驱动的可配置方法、基于虚拟信息总线的车间信息单元集成运行机制和虚拟接口数据流的解析封装和语义集成实现对车间底层信息的采集和集成。将该集成方法应用于车间制造过程信息化平台中,通过嵌入式信息交互终端实现对不同数据源的访问和控制,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at the poor configuration of heterogeneous information collection in manufacturing process, a frame structure based on Information Unit in Workshop(IUW)method of configurable link driver was presented by integrating IUW from interface, link driver and data. Through the method of configurable link driver, the operation mechanism of IUW based on virtual information bus and the analysis, encapsulation and semantic integration of virtual interface data stream, the collection and integration of information in shop floor were realized. The proposed method which accessed and controlled different data sources with embedded information terminal was applied in platform of e-workshop, and correctness as well as feasibility of the method were proved.
