英文摘要：

AIM To investigate the effect of Saussurea laniceps extracts on gut immunity of fruit flies （Dro sophila melanogaster）. METHORDS Fruit flies treated with pathogenic microorganisms, inflammatory irons and metal iron were fed with and without Saussurea laniceps extracts. Their survival rates, intestinal epithelial cell death, melanoma formation and the intestinal morphological changes were observed. RESULTS Saussurea lani ceps extracts could help protect fruit flies from Beauveria bassiana infection and attenuate the inflammatory damage caused by SDS, NaC1 or KA1 （ SO4 ） 2. The survival rate of fruit flies greatly increased and intestinal epithelium cell death significantly reduced while intestinal wall was intact. CONCLUSION Saussurea laniceps extracts could en hance the resistance of D. melanogaster to fungal infection and inflammatory injury.
