通过比较盐、冷、热激三种不同胁迫预处理后超级稻幼苗在低温伤害条件下含水量、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT酶)活性、同工酶谱、内源激素的变化,初步研究超级稻的适应性机制。结果表明,水稻幼苗经过不同胁迫预处理后,与未处理的对照苗相比。含水量有所提高;热激预处理苗CAT酶活性高于对照,而盐迫和低温则稍低于对照;同工酶谱变化各有异同,也有其独特性;冷处理苗的脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)含量高于对照,而热激处理苗ABA含量稍低于对照,三种预处理苗的赤霉素(gibberellin。GA3)、玉米素(zeatin。Z)、吲哚乙酸(indole-3-acetic acid,IAA)含量均高于未处理苗。
The changes of the water contents,activities hormones in super rice seedlings with salt,cold and of CAT enzyme,POD isoenzyme zymograms and plant heat shock pre-treatment were measured in order to preliminary research on the mechanism of adaptation of super rice.By comparing with non-pretreated control (CK),the water contents,the CAT activities of heat pre-treated seedlings were higher than CK. In contrast,the CAT enzyme activity of salt pre-treated seedlings and cold pre-treated ones were lower than CK.The POD isoenzymes zymograms were different and specific.The changes of the contents of ABA in salt and cold pre-treated seedlings were higher than CK,but the heat pre-treated seedlings were lower. The contents of GA3,Z, IAA in the three different pre-treated seedlings were higher than the non-pretreated ones.
