研究了饲粮蛋白水平对肥育猪不同部位肌纤维发育增生的影响。采用完全随机区组设计,54头53kg大×长生长猪随机分为3个处理(每处理3个重复),饲喂等氨基酸(TDLys-TDMet-TDThr:TDTrp=100:34.6:71.7:19.2)、等消化能(DE3200kcal·kg^-1)和不同蛋白水平(CP10%,18%和26%)的3种饲粮,饲喂期67d之后屠宰采样,测背最长肌、腰大肌、半腱肌、半膜肌、臂三头肌、臀中肌的肌纤维面积、直径和密度。结果表明:肌纤维横截面积、直径与饲粮蛋白水平呈显著正相关,肌纤维密度与饲粮蛋白水平呈显著负相关。饲粮蛋白水平与肌肉部位均影响肥育猪肌纤维的发育增生,二者间存在交互作用。
The effect of diet protein level on different muscle fiber hypertrophy in finishing pigs was studied. According to a completely randomized block design, 54 pigs (Larger WhitexLandraee) with an average weight of 53kg were assigned to three treatments (three replicates per treatment). The diets contained the same amino acid pattern (TDLys:TDMet:TDThr:TDTrp=100: 34.6:71.7:19.2) and digestibile energy level (DE 3200 kcal.kg-1) with different crude protein levels (CP 10%, 18% and 26%, respectively). The trial lasted for 67 days before slaughter, and longissimus dorsi (LD), psoas major (PM), semaitendinosus (ST), semimembranosus (SM),arm triceps (AT),glutaeus medius (GM), the area, diameter and density of the muscle fibers were measured. The result showed that there was a positive correlation between muscle fiber area, fiber diameter and diet protein level, and a negative correlation between muscle fiber density and protein level. The diet protein level and muscle position influenced muscle fiber hypertrophy, and there was an interaction between them.
