土壤微生物及其代谢产物往往会对作物生长产生影响.以春光1号水稻为供试种子,链霉菌JD211及其固体菌剂为供试菌,通过浅盘试验研究链霉菌JD211固体菌剂对水稻秧苗素质和土壤可培养功能微生物的影响.结果表明,菌剂用量为10 g/kg对水稻幼苗生长有极显著的促进作用,并显著提高水稻秧苗的各种生理素质,幼苗株高、叶龄、假茎宽、叶宽、总根数、白根数、根长、主根长、鲜重、干重与对照相比分别提高了25.71%、32.42%、54.95%、49.53%、49.28%、50.84%、14.84%、28.42%、157.06%、145.54%,叶绿素、根活力、可溶性糖含量分别提高了50.00%、19.07%、29.75%;施加链霉菌JD211固体菌剂后土壤细菌和霉菌数量均有所减少,放线菌数量增加,降低了硝化细菌和亚硝化细菌的菌数,提高了好气性纤维素分解菌菌数、硅酸盐细菌、有机磷细菌数量,土壤功能微生物类群的变化加速了土壤养分循环,增强了水稻的养分吸收,从而促进水稻生长.
Soil microorganisms and their metabolites may affect crop growth. Spring No.1 Rice was used as tested rice seeds, and Streptomyces JD211 and its solid agents are used as tested strains. Through platter experiment we studied the effects of Streptomyees JD211 on the seedling quality and microbial flora. Results showed that 10 g/kg agents played a very significant role in promoting the growth of rice seedlings, and greatly improved the various physiological conditions of rice seedlings, including the seedling plants height, leaf age, pseudo-stem width, leaf width, total number of roots, white roots, root length, main root length, fresh weight, dry weight, respectively, compared with the control group, indexes improved by 25.71%, 32A2%, 54.95%, 49.53%, 49.28%, 50.84%, 14.84%, 28.42%, 157.06%, 145.54%. Chlorophyll, root activity and soluble sugar content increased by 50.00%, 19.07%, 29.75%, respectively. After Streptomyces JD211 was applied, the number of soil bacteria and fungi reduced, while the number of actinomyeetes increased, and the nmnber of nitrifying bacteria and bacterial nitrification bacteria declined, the number of aerobic cellulose-decomposing bacteria, silicate bacteria and organic phosphorus bacteria improved. Moreover, changes of the function of soil microflora accelerated the soil nutrient cycling process and enhanced the rice nutrient absorption capacity, thereby promoted the growth of rice.
