纳米结构HgTe的光学和电学性质较其它Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体材料更易于进行量子调控,其量子点有望作为近红外荧光探针应用于生物细胞和组织成像研究领域。简要综述了HgTe的结构与性能、国内外制备纳米结构HgTe的方法(物理和化学方法),并展望了其应用潜力。
Due to the optical and electrical properties of nanostructure, HgTe are much easier adjusted than ot her Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductor materials, HgTe quantum as fluorescence probe have the potential to be used in imaging of biology cell and tissue. The structure and properies of HgTe are introduced briefly and the preparation of nanostructure HgTe via physical and chemical methods in domestic and foreign are reviewed. The application prospect of nano- structure HgTe is also concluded.
