目的:观察淫羊藿含药血清对骨质疏松大鼠骨髓基质干细胞成脂分化的干预作用。方法:全骨髓培养法培养SD大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞,分为成脂诱导组、西药组、成脂诱导西药组、中药组、成脂诱导中药组5组。分别予以尼尔雌醇、淫羊藿含药血清以及成脂诱导剂干预;干预7d后通过油红染色检测各组成脂分化情况。结果:与成脂诱导组比较,成脂诱导西药组成脂分化率降低(P〈0.05),成脂诱导中药组成脂分化率显著降低(P〈0.01);中药组与西药组比较无差异(P〉0.05),成脂诱导西药组与成脂诱导中药组比较均无差异(P〉0.05)。结论:短时间内中药淫羊藿对MSCs成脂分化的抑制作用与西药尼尔雌醇相类似。
Objective To observe the experimental adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow stromal stem cell of on osteoporosis rat interfered with Epimedium containing serum.Methods SD rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell was cultured by the whole bone marrow culture method,and then they were divided into five groups named adipogenic induction group,western medicine group,adipogenic western medicine group,the Chinese Medicines group and adipogenic Chinese Medicines group.The five groups were interfered respectively with nilestriol,Epimedium containing serum as well as adipogenic agents;and the various components of adipogenic differentiation were detected by oil red staining after 7 days' intervention.Results Compared with that in the adipogenic induced group,the adipogenic differentiation rate decreased in the adipogenic induced western medicine group(P 0.05),while that in the adipogenic induced Chinese medicine was significantly lower(P0.01).There was no statistical difference of that rate between the Chinese Medicines group and the Western medicine group(P 0.05),and there was no statistical difference of that rate between the adipogenic induced Chinese Medicines group and the adipogenic induced Western medicine group,either(P 0.05).Conclusion The inhibition effect to MSCs by Chinese medicine Epimedium is similar to that by the western medicine nilestriol in a short time.
