骨髓基质干细胞具有多向分化的能力,研究发现其成脂分化与骨质疏松症存在着不可忽视的关系。PPARγ是脂肪分化的主要调控因子,已有研究发现其对MSCs分化方向起关键性调控作用。淫羊藿对MSCs成骨分化具有促进作用,但其在MSCs成脂分化过程中对PPARγ基因表达影响目前尚无研究报道。
MSCs has capacity of multi-directional differentiation. Some study found there was inevitable relationship between MSCs's adipogenic and Osteoporosis. PPAR γ is the main control factor of the adipose differentiation. It has been found playing a crucial role in the differentiation of MSCs. Epimedium can promote the osteogenic differentiation of MSCs. But there is not any report about its impact on the PPAR γ gene expression during MSCs adipogenic differentiation.
