This paper applies benchmarking to evaluate information technology payoff. It establishes a set of evaluation indices aimed at supporting communication between inside and outside, operation management and competition strategy, and sets up an evaluation model of benchmarking indices bv spider chart law and multiple criteria decision making law from specific analysis and comprehensive measure.
