通过对运行指标和生物膜中微生物的考察,分析了上海某肠衣厂两段A/O接触氧化法对高盐废水的处理效果。结果表明,系统对COD、氨氮的去除率可分别达到96%、87.5%.对总氮的去除率为59.4%,而且处理系统对盐度、有机负荷冲击具有较强的耐受能力。填料上生物膜中异养菌数量级为10^9CFU/g干重填料、硝化菌和反硝化菌数量级为10^7CFU/g干重填料,镜检发现污泥絮体结构较好,原生、后生动物多样性高。这些条件为两段A/O生物接触氧化法处理此类高盐有机废水提供了有力保障。
The treatment efficiency of saline organic wastewater by two-stage A/O biological contact oxidation process in a casing factory in Shanghai was investigated by analyzing the operational parameters and microorganisms in biofilm. The results show that the removal rates of COD, NH3 - N and TN are 96%, 87.5% and 59.4% respectively. The treatment system has good resistance to the shock of salinity and organic load. The magnitudes of heterotrophic bacteria and nitrifying/denitrifying bacteria are about 10^9 CFU/g dry weight and 10^7 CFU/g dry weight respectively, and the electron microscopy observation shows that the activated sludge floc is compact, and the diversity of protozoan and metazoan is higher. All these conditions provide the guarantee for treatment of saline organic wastewater by two-stage A/O contact oxidation process.
