目的探讨不同剂量T-2毒素在不同时间对大鼠氧化抗氧化能力的影响。方法将128只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、T-2毒素A组、T-2毒素B组、T-2毒素C组,分别喂成品颗粒饲料和经T-2毒素染毒(剂量分别为100 ng/g、200 ng/g、300 ng/g)的颗粒饲料。于实验3、6个月分批进行大鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的检测。结果实验3个月,T-AOC水平,B组和C组降低(P均〈0.05);GSH-Px活性,A组升高(P〈0.05),C组降低(P〈0.05);SOD活性,B组和C组升高(P均〈0.05);MDA含量,C组降低(P〈0.05)。实验6个月,T-AOC水平,A组和B组降低(P均〈0.05);各染毒组GSH-Px活性与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义;SOD活性,B组降低(P〈0.05);MDA含量,C组降低(P〈0.05)。不同时间点比较,随着实验时间的延长,B组T-AOC水平明显下降(P〈0.05);A组GSH-Px活性明显下降(P〈0.05);对照组、A组和C组SOD活性均明显升高(P均〈0.01);各组MDA含量均明显降低(P均〈0.01)。结论 T-2毒素可致机体氧化抗氧化指标发生改变,以总抗氧化能力的改变最为明显,不同剂量T-2毒素对机体产生的影响不同,随着时间的延长,T-2毒素对机体氧化抗氧化系统的损伤有加重的趋势。
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of T-2 toxin at different time on oxidative/antioxidative of rats.Methods 128 Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly,which was control group,T-2 toxin A group,T-2 toxin B group,T-2 toxin C group.The rats were fed on commercial grain fodder and grain fodder contaminated with T-2 toxin(100 ng/g,200 ng/g,300 ng/g) respectively.At the end of 3,6 month,the oxidation/antioxidation index were detected,which were total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) in rat serum.Results In 3 month,the T-AOC levels in B and C group decreased(both P0.05),the GSH-Px level in A group increased(P0.05),while that in C group decreased(P0.05),the SOD levels in B and C group increased(P0.05),the MDA level in C group decreased(P0.05).In 6 month,the T-AOC levels in A and B group decreased(both P0.05),the GSH-Px levels in the T-2 toxin groups were no significantly different compared with the control.The SOD level in B group decreased(P0.05),the MDA level in C group decreased(P0.05).With the advancement of experiment,the T-AOC level in B group decreased markedly(P0.05),the GSH-Px level in A group decreased markedly(P0.05),the SOD levels in control group,T-2 toxin A and C group increased markedly(all P0.01),the MDA levels in four groups decreased markedly(all P0.01).Conclusions The oxidation/antioxidation indexes were affected by T-2 toxin.The T-AOC was the most obvious.The effect of different doses of T-2 toxin was different.With the advancement of the experiment,the oxidative damage induced by T-2 toxin was aggravated.
