目的探讨五昧子乙素对大鼠胶质瘤生长的作用机制。方法建立Wistar大鼠胶质瘤模型,用200mg/kg五味子乙素灌胃处理7d,实验结束后取出肿瘤,测定肿瘤的重量和体积,检测大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力和谷胱甘肽的含量。结果五味子乙素可明显抑制胶质瘤的生长,用药组肿瘤体积较对照组肿瘤体积明显缩小(P〈0.05);用药组肿瘤重量较对照组亦明显减少(P〈0.05),药物组大鼠白清谷胱甘肽(GSH),SOD、CAT有所下降,与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论五味子乙素通过影响胶质瘤大鼠血清中氧化应激指标,可以显著地发挥抑制胶质瘤生长的作用。
Objective To establish the glioma model of rats, explore the effect of Schisandrin B on the growth of glioma in rats. Methods The glioma model of Wistar rats were established, and then were treated with 200 mg/kg Sehisandrin B by intragastrie ad-ministration for 7 d, the tumors were removed, and the volume and weight of tumors were examined, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione(GLU) and eatalase(CAT) in scum were detected. Results Sehisandrin B inhibited the growth of gliomas, the volume of tumors in drug group [ (47.10 ± 45.12) mm^3]was significantly decreased compared with that of control group [ ( 139.90 ± 74.87) mm^3 ] ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the weitht of tumors in drug group [ ( 0.12 ± 0.10 ) g ] was significantly decreased than that of control group [ ( 0.15 ± 0.06 ) g] ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the level of SOD, GLU and CAT in serum of rats were decreased than those of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Sehisandrin B could inhibit the growth of glioma in rats by regulating the level of oxidative stress factors.
