团队管理是目前企业管理中普遍采取的一种管理模式,实行团队管理的组织具有与传统组织截然不同的特点,主要呈现为:成员组成的多样性、领导角色淡化权力共享、共同参与制定目标并集体负责、能更好地沟通合作并相互信任等等,相应的对于基于团队管理的组织的人力资源管理也会有不同要求。组织应认清基于团队管理的组织特征,并适时调整组织的人力资源管理策略。
Collective Leadership is widely used by businesses and enterprise as a management model.Organizations adopting this practice show different characteristics from those that use a more traditional leadership approach.They feature a diversity of individuals in the management team;reduced reliance on a sole stronger leader for effectiveness;a more diffused power center;collective decision-making;collective responsibility;improved intra-group communications and trust,etc.Organizations using such a power structure make different demands on human resources management than traditional,autocratic forms of governance.Such organizations should clearly identify their special characteristics and make timely adjustments to their HRM strategies.
