基于社会交换理论,分析了非典型雇佣的内涵及表现特征;然后,构建员工-组织关系立体结构模型,探究非典型雇佣下员工-组织关系的差异及其对员工绩效的影响;最后,分析模型的理论意义以及对管理实践的启示。
On the basis of social exchange theory, this article firstly makes clear definition for temporary employment in China. Secondly, we present the three-dimensional model of employee-or- ganization relationship for temporary employment involving temporary workers, the client organiza- tion, and the agent. Thirdly, we discuss how the different types of employee-organization relationship will impact temporary worker's performance. Finally, the managerial implication is discussed.
