通过建立海洋科技发展水平评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法对我国沿海11个省市的海洋科技发展水平进行了评价,发现可以把这些地区分为3个较为稳定的梯队,并分析了各梯队内部省市排名的动态演化情况。在此基础上,通过秩相关分析发现,海洋科技可以显著提高海洋劳动生产率,并有利于降低海洋第一产业的比重,提升海洋二三产业比重,从而推动海洋产业结构升级。研究还发现,海洋科技与海洋经济发展之间的联系正变得越来越紧密。
this paper constructs an assessment indicator system of marine S&T development level, and evaluates the development level of marine S&T of 11 costal provinces in China using principal component analysis method. We find that all the provinces can be classified into three stable echelons, whose members are analyzed by their dynamic evolution of ranking. A further analysis of rank correlations reveals that marine S&T can significantly promote marine labor productivity, reduce the proportion of marine primary industry and hence elevate marine industry structure The research also finds that marine S&T and marine economy are becoming more and more closely eonnected.
