针对传统的固井质量评价仪器方位分辨能力的不足,提出了一种方位声波固井质量评价方法并研制出了相应的测井仪器(AABT).该仪器采用了两组具有三维辐射特性的圆弧阵发射器,与传统单、偶极子发射器相比,由于发射器采用了相控阵声波辐射技术,因此能够向三维空间中任意方向辐射声波信号.介绍了该仪器的声系结构、测量原理以及在中国的西北某油田的现场测试应用.测试结果表明,AABT通过首波幅度成像可以评价Ⅰ(套管-水泥)界面的周向胶结质量;在Ⅰ界面胶结质量良好的情况下,通过地层波成像,可以对Ⅱ(水泥-地层)界面的周向胶结质量进行评价.
The conventional cementing quality evaluation logging tools lack the ability of azimuthal resolution. Therefore,we propose a new method for evaluating cementing quality and develop the related azimuthally acoustic bond tool(AABT).The AABT uses two sets of arc array transmitters with 3D radiation characteristics.Compared with the traditional monopole and dipole transmitters,the tool is possible to radiate acoustic energy to the 3D space in any direction since using the acoustic phased array transmitter.This paper introduces the structure,measuring method and field examples of the AABT.The results show that the AABT can evaluate circumferential cementing quality of Interface-Ⅰ by the first arrival amplitude imaging.In the case of good cementing quality at the Interface-Ⅰ,we can further evaluate circumferential Interface-Ⅱ cementing quality by the formation wave imaging.
