在以构件截面尺寸、材料强度、密度等为随机变量,以基本杆组为单位进行运动分析、动力分析的基础上提出了机构动态强度可靠性分析的通用方法。以曲柄滑块机构为例,用一次二阶矩法进行了实例仿真分析,得到了各构件动态可靠性指标曲线和机构动态可靠度曲线。结果表明,该方法通用性强,可以应用于科学研究和工程实践。
Taking the component sectional sizes, the material strength and the material density as the random variables, and based on the movement analysis and the dynamic analysis while taking the Assur-Group as the unit, a general method of mechanism dynamic strength reliability analysis was established. As an example, the crank--slide mechanism was analyzed by using the method of MFOSM (mean first order second moment). The reliability curves were attained. The result indicates that this method is easy to popularize and has good universal property. It can be used in scientific research and the engineering practice.
