柔性机构动态响应具有强非线性,进行动态性能可靠性分析时,极限状态方程的解析表达式复杂且难求解。针对这一问题,提出柔性机构动态性能可靠性分析方法,建立柔性机构动态性能可靠性分析模型。利用神经网络响应面方法拟合柔性机构动态性能极限状态方程,并给出求解方法。实例计算结果表明:该方法计算精度较高,具有理论和工程应用意义。
The dynamic responses of flexible mechanism are high nonlinear.At analyzing the reliability of dynamic performance,parsed expression of limit state equation is complicated and difficult to be solved.Aiming at this problem,the method of reliability analysis for dynamic performance of flexible structure was proposed,and the model of the method was bulit.An artificial neural network response surface method was presented to fit limit state equation,and its solution was also provided.The calculative results of an example show that the calculative accuracy of this method is high with significance in theoretical and engineering application.
