结构静态模糊可靠性分析已经取得了许多成就,得到广泛应用,但在机构动态可靠性分析上还有待进一步深入探索,因此提出一种新的柔性机构动态可靠性模糊分析方法。该方法将柔性机构系统作为模糊随机系统,考虑柔性构件变形与运动的耦合,利用多柔体系统动力学分析方法求解模糊随机变量的动态响应,重构动态响应的模糊响应面,计算其动态可靠度。经过仿真分析证明该方法有效可行,具有计算速度快的优点,在空间站展开机构模糊可靠性分析中得到应用。
Although the fuzzy reliability analysis of static structures has made lots of achievements and been applied widely,the reliability analysis of dynamic mechanisms still needs much more researches.A new method of fuzzy reliability analysis of dynamical responds was presented in this paper.Flexible mechanism was researched as a stochastic fuzzy system.The coupling between deformations and kinetic were simulated by flexible multi-body dynamics.A new fuzzy respond surface was reconstructed and the reliability of it was calculated.The approach had the advantages of high computing speed and was applied to fuzzy reliability analysis of the expanding mechanism of space station.
