利用中巴资源卫星(CBERS)遥感影像,建立自主版权的基准遥感影像数据库。在建库之前,需要对CBERS影像进行正射校正,拟采用国外公开的正射TM影像作为控制点选取影像,采用国外公开的SRTM作为DEM数据源。利用以上数据,对丘陵和平原的CBERS影像进行正射校正试验。为验证试验结果的可靠性,利用西安80坐标系转换到WGS-84坐标系下的地形图来检验正射校正精度。试验结果证明其正射校正的精度在1.5个像元以内。
Benchmark remote sensing image database with independent copyright was built by using CBERS remote sensing images. First of all, the CBERS images should be orthorectified. Orientated and projected TM images are used as control points selecting images and SRTM as DEM data source. These data is applied to orthorectify the CBERS images in hill and plain areas. The topographic map which transformed from Xihn - 80 to WGS - 84 is used to check the accuracy of orthorectification. The result shows that the accuracy is within 1. 5 pixels.
