常压下以二氧化氮为硝化剂在玻璃管式反应器中可使环己烷转化,气-质联用分析确证其产物主要是硝基环己烷.考察了反应温度、反应物配比及停留时间等对环己烷硝化反应的影响.结果表明,在反应温度240℃下,硝基环己烷选择性可高达89.31%.
It is found that conversion of eyelohexane with NO2 as nitrating agent occurred in a glass reactor at atmospheric pressure. The main product was nitroeyelohexane which was identified by GC-MS. The effect of reaction temperature, molar ratio of eyelohexane to NO2 and residence time on the reaction was investigated. The selectivity of nitroeyelohexane was up to 89.31% at 240 ℃.
