本文立足于子公司所嵌入的内部网络,引入组织学习的过程观点,构建内部嵌入性对跨国子公司发展影响机理的理论模型,并用跨国公司中国子公司的样本数据进行验证。结果表明:内部嵌入性有助于子公司能力水平的提高,但对子公司经营范围的影响不显著。知识获取、信息传播、信息解释、组织记忆分别在内部嵌入性与子公司能力水平之间发挥中介作用。
Focused on internal network embedded by the subsidiary, this paper introduces the view of organizationallearning process, constructs the theoretical model for internal embeddedness influencing subsidiary development, andvalidates the hypotheses by using the survey of MNC subsidiaries in China. It indicates that internal embeddedness isbeneficial to subsidiary competence, but not conductive to subsidiary scope. Fmhermore, knowledge acquisition,information distribution, information interpretation and organizational memory mediate the relationship between internalembeddedness and subsidiary competence respectively.
