本文应用扎根理论,通过文献研究,确定三个主范畴、十四个副范畴。服务化需求主要包含财务目标、战略优势、客户需求(内)以及竞争压力、政策号召、全球环境(外);服务化行为主要包含技术、财力与组织资源优化和加强合作;服务化结果主要包含创新、生态、市场与关系管理绩效四方面。应用结构方程方法,验证三者关系,得出结论:主观意愿及外部产生刺激对服务化转型需求同样产生直接影响:只有充分激发服务化转型需求,才能促使其实际开展服务化活动。但受到结果延迟、质变要求以及外部扰动影响.行为对绩效影响力不高。绩效结果将影响其未来服务化转型动力。
Based on grounded theory, three main areas and fourteen sub-areas are confirmed according to literature re- search. Servitization demand mainly includes financing targets, strategic advantages, customer demand (internal) and competitiveness pressure, policy encouraging and global environment (external) ; servitization behavior mainly includes technique, financing and or- ganization resources optimization and strengthen cooperation; servitization result mainly includes innovation, ecology and marketing as well as relation management performance four aspects. The relationship among these three main areas are validated by using structural e- quation method. The following results are obtained: both subjective willingness and external stimulation have direct impact on servitiza- tion transferring demand; only by fully stimulating its demand, practical behavior can be implemented. While for the delay of results and qualitative demand as well as external disturbance, behavior impacts on performance results is not very high ; and the results would influence future servilization driving force. Then related suggestion for enterprise and government are brought forward.
