目前我国高新区创新能力研究主要集中在创新的投入产出绩效,忽视了高新区系统内生的结构与协同关系。本文从协同视角出发,在文献回顾的基础上构建高新区协同创新体系假设,构建结构方程模型。通过用AMOS软件对56个国家级高新区数据进行验证分析,发现知识主体、政府和企业三大主体系统对高新区产出协同关系较弱,而且知识系统与产出系统没有正向影响关系。文章对此进行了分析,并提出了针对性建议,对高新区协同创新能力建设具有较强的现实意义。

英文摘要：

The research on the innovation ability of the high-tech zone mainly focuses on the innovation input and output performance and ignores the collaborative among each part of high-tech zones.From the aspect of the collaboration and based on the reviews of studies scholars have made,this paper builds and analyzes the structural equation model of the high-tech zone collaborative innovation system with AMOS21.0.The result shows that knowledge,policies and enterprises have weak synergic relationships with the output ability of high-tech zone,and there is no positive relationship between knowledge and the output ability.This paper analyzes the reasons for those and puts some specific policy recommendations which have a practical significance to promote high-tech zone collaborative innovation ability.
