Since the establishment of National High--tech zone, it has been an important growth pole to drive regional economic development. This paper uses DEA to analyze the economic systems＂ Operating efficiency of National High--teeh zone. The result shows that most National High--tech zones are ineffective both on technique and scale. Then we parse the problems of the National High--tech zone＂ endogenous development model and make policy recommendations according to the problems. And these recommendations will have a profound strategic significance on the sustainable development of National High--tech zone.
