研究了镁基中间合金变质剂对Mg-8Zn-5Al-0.25Mn铸造镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:Mg-8Zn-5Al-0.25Mn铸造镁合金显微组织主要由α-Mg相,φ(Al12Mg5Zn2)相和τ(Mg32(AlZn)49)相组成.适量的镁基中间合金变质剂的加入可以使晶粒细化,在加入1.7%中间合金变质剂时合金的韧性达到峰值,其韧性比ZA85母合金提高了一倍,而合金的硬度随着中间合金变质剂加入量的增多而增大.当加入量为7%时其硬度值达到86.37 HB.
The paper has investigated the influence of Mg - based master alloy on the microstructure and property of the die cast alloy Mg-8Zn-5Al-0.25Mn. The result indicates that the microstructure are made of α- Mg phase ,Ф phase (AI2 MgsZn2 ) ,τ phase ( Mg32 (AlZn) 49 ). The Mg - based master alloy can decrease the size of the grain. When 1.7% added, the tenacity will come to a max - digit about two times as the tenacity of ZA85. The more the Mg - based Master alloy added , the bigger digit the hardness can achieve. When 7% master alloy added the hardness will come to 86.37HB.
