以CuCl2·2H2O为铜源,InCl3·4H2O为铟源,L-半胱氨酸为硫源,N,N二甲基甲酰胺(N,N—dimethylformamide,DMF)为溶剂,在180℃下反应16h合成了CulnS2微晶。用X射线粉末衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜对产物的结构、形貌、相组分进行表征。结果表明产物是由厚度为10~50nm纳米片组成的球状CulnS2微晶。并对由纳米片组成的球状CulnS2微晶的形成机理进行了简单探讨。
Copper indium sulfide product was synthesized via a mild solvothermal approach (at 200 ℃for 25 h ) with CuCl2·2H2O as the copper source, InCl3·4H2O as the indium source, L-cysteine as the sulfur source, and N, N-dimethylformamide as the reaction medium Morphology, structure, and phase constituents of the as-prepared CuInS2 product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Results show that the CuInS2 product had ball-like morphology composed of large numbers of nanoplates and the thickness of CuInS2 nanoplates was found to vary from 10 nm to 50 nm. A possible formation mechanism of the CulnS2 product with ball-like morphology was put forward and briefly discussed based on the experimental results.
