介绍了Culn(Se,S)2纳米材料的晶体结构和性质,以及热注入法的原理和特点。重点论述了近年来国内外采用热注入法制备不同形貌和结构Culn(Se,S)2纳米材料的研究进展,概括了其反应机理和影响因素。综述了Culn(Se,S)2纳米材料在太阳能电池、QD-LED及生物标记上的应用。探讨了目前存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
The crystal structures and properties of Culn(Se,S)2 nanomaterials, the principle and characteristics of the hot-injection method are introduced. The recent development on the synthesis of morphology and structure tailored CuIn(Se, S)2 nanomaterials by hot-injection method is described, its reaction mechanism and influencing factors are summarized. The applications on solar cells, QD-LED and biomedical labeling of CuIn(Se, S)2 nanomaterials are reviewed. The difficulties in the present and the prospect in the future for synthesis of CuIn(Se,S)2 photovoltaic materials by hot-injection method are also discussed.
