地图是现实世界的模型,现实世界的复杂性也导致了地图数据管理的难度。RDBMS(或ORDBMS)技术已经代替传统的文件管理方式,逐步成为地图(空间)数据管理的主流技术。文中讨论了矢量地图数据的组织形式,回顾了地图数据存储的各种方法,论述了地图数据在地学应用中的各种管理形式以及它们的优缺点;详细阐述了地图几何和属性数据的一体化管理方式的实现技术。在此基础上,设计了开放式的解决方案,并在应用系统中解决了地图数据结构的通用性和灵活性问题。
Map is a model of the reality world. It is difficult to manage map data for the complexity of the reality world. Technology of RDBMS(ORDBMS)has taken the place of file scheme, is becoming the main technology for map data management. Firstly, This paper discusses the organization of vector map, retrospects all kinds of method for storing map data, and depicts their advantages and disadvantages of each method in GeoScience dividually. And then, it represents the implemental skills of binding method of geomorphic data and attribute data in detail. Based on that, the authors articulate the open way by which the management for vector map becomes generic and flexible.
