采用撞击法(Andersen生物采样器)和沉降法(曝皿),以镰孢菌选择性培养基FSM为收集培养基,同步采集不同舍饲密度和空间高度的鸡舍空气样本。经实验室培养、计数和气载镰孢菌浓度分析,并通过Excel软件和SPASS13.0软件分析待测鸡舍可吸入和可沉淀镰孢菌浓度的变化规律。结果表明,随着空间高度升高和饲养密度增加,可吸入气载镰孢菌浓度变化均不显著(P〉0.05),而可沉降的镰孢菌浓度变化显著(P〈0.05)。
The airborne Fusarium samples in chicken houses with different raising densities were collected at different height down to ground by impacting method with Andersen biological sampler and sedimentation method with exposure Petri dishes.The Fusarium selective medium(FSM) was used as the collection medium.The colonies of Fusarium isolates were counted and the their variations in concentrations for both inhalation and settlement were analyzed by Excel and SPASS13.0 software after growing of the Fusarium samples in laboratory.The results showed that the concentrations of inhalable Fusarium particles in the air of chicken houses had no significant variation(P0.05) at different raising levels in height and raising densities.However,the concentrations of settling Fusarium particles varied significantly(P0.05).
