对126个涂有防火层的C50混凝土试件进行高温作用,自然冷却后对其进行抗压强度试验。通过对有、无防火涂层试件的损伤形态对比分析及对高温后损伤试件的抗压强度试验,探讨了防火涂层对混凝土高温作用后抗压性能的影响程度,得到了高温作用后试件抗压强度与防火涂层厚度、强度折减系数与防火涂层厚度的回归计算公式。试验研究表明,防火涂层对混凝土构件遭受高温作用有较好的保护作用。因此对于特殊区域采用防火涂层的混凝土结构,在遭受高温作用后的灾损性能进行研究是很有必要的,对混凝土结构抗火设计及规范制定提供一定参考。
High temperature is imposed on 126 concrete cubes(C50)with fire-resistant layer from 0.2mm to 1.0mm and the com-pressive strength is tested after nature cooling. Through analysis on the damage morphology of cubes with and without fire-resistant layer and the test of compressive performance, the influence of fire-resistant layer coating on the strength of concrete after high tem-perature is discussed, and concrete cubes compressive intensity after high temperature with fire-resistant layer thickness, and con-crete intensity reduction factor with fire-resistant layer thickness regression formula are both obtained. Experimental research shows that the concrete structures with fire-resistant layer subject to high temperature produce better protection. For the concrete structures in special region, it's very necessary to study on the disaster loss performance after high temperature. Some basis of the design and draft code for fire resistance of concrete structures are provided.
